Job Description

  • Attend to and register patients in professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure patient’s updated personal information is captured in the registration system promptly and accurately.
  • Update patient by providing with accurate and pertinent information within the department scope of defined policy procedures and standards of Wellness Centre
  • Ensure patient’s insurance benefits or Guarantee Letter (GL) benefits meets the standards of the Centre by checking the data providers in the system.
  • Ascertain and acknowledge patient’s mode of payment i.e company guarantee letter or self-paying.
  • Attend to patients’ enquiries and explain the content of the screening package.
  • Make telephone reminder calls to patients to remind them of their appointment one day before the appointment date.
  • Actively promote and upsell department services to customers.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences preferably in the healthcare industry with experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge in promoting Wellness screening packages would be an advantage.
  • Good listener.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills verbally and in writing. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Patience and a dynamic team player.
