Hafele Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Executive to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. As a Product Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our diverse product portfolio, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers. What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product specifications, pricing, and marketing materials
- Coordinate the launch of new products and updates, ensuring seamless integration with our existing product line
- Monitor product performance and sales data, and recommend strategies to optimize product positioning and marketing
- Provide technical support and training to our sales and customer service teams to enhance their product knowledge
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative product content for various channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or product management
- 2-5 years of experience in a product management or development role, preferably within the furniture fittings, architectural hardware or home appliances industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, project management, and marketing principles
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for product management, such as project management and data analysis tools
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
