Sales Growth & Revenue- Lead and execute sales activities to boost part sales and achieve profit targets.
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
- Assist the sales team with inquiries and quotations.
- Conduct market research for product improvement and strategic development.
- Share updated product/principal information with relevant stakeholders.
- Set competitive product pricing for profitability.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns in both West (WM) and East Malaysia (EM).
- Offer solutions and quotations to customer inquiries.
- Strengthen dealer relationships to influence their purchasing decisions.
- Set goals, coach, and evaluate team performance.
- Address skill gaps through training.
- Track industry trends and feedback via the sales team.
- Oversee inventory monitoring and part ordering.
