Job Description

Sales Growth & Revenue
  • Lead and execute sales activities to boost part sales and achieve profit targets.
  • Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
Sales Support & Market Insight
  • Assist the sales team with inquiries and quotations.
  • Conduct market research for product improvement and strategic development.
  • Share updated product/principal information with relevant stakeholders.
Pricing & Marketing
  • Set competitive product pricing for profitability.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns in both West (WM) and East Malaysia (EM).
Customer Solutions & Relationships
  • Offer solutions and quotations to customer inquiries.
  • Strengthen dealer relationships to influence their purchasing decisions.
Team Development & Monitoring
  • Set goals, coach, and evaluate team performance.
  • Address skill gaps through training.
  • Track industry trends and feedback via the sales team.
Inventory Management
  • Oversee inventory monitoring and part ordering.
  • Minimize excess inventory and avoid product aging.

Job Requirements

  • Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
  • Skills Required : Automotive, Customer Relationship, Managerial
