As part of our customer-focused team at Dheary Event Space, you will be the key point of contact for clients booking our event spaces, providing them with top-notch service and assisting them through every step of their event planning process.
Your role will involve not only sales and customer service but also supporting event coordination to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. You will be instrumental in helping our clients create memorable experiences and ensuring that they feel confident and supported from their first inquiry to the day of their event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about our event spaces and services.
- Assist customers in booking event spaces, offering personalized advice to suit their needs, and managing the reservation process.
- Address customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track bookings through our system.
- Create invoices for clients based on event bookings, ensuring accuracy in pricing and details.
- Create new event packages every quarter to suit the evolving needs of clients, enhancing our offerings and staying competitive in the market.
- Set up meetings with clients to discuss their event requirements, review options, and finalize booking details.
- Hit sales targets by actively engaging with clients, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Provide ideas and suggestions on how to increase sales and attract new clients, based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Weekly Tik-Tok live session if needed.
- Event Coordination Support
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all details are communicated effectively to the team.
- Provide clients with event-related recommendations, such as décor, catering, and other services.
- Assist in on-site coordination and preparation for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Experience with invoicing software or the ability to quickly learn invoicing processes.
- Creative thinking to design and update event packages that align with client needs and market trends.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to schedule and manage client meetings effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to provide ideas and strategies to boost sales and market presence.
