Job Description

In according with Management's policies and business strategies :

1. Plan digital marketing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Support the existing Digital Marketing Team in LSSPI to handle digital marketing operations sustainably in the long term.
3. Acquire new customers through the the web page by following up on website inquires and managing new customer information.
4. Utilize existing customer data through WhatsApp marketing to generate inquires, including: a) Broadcasting messages to customers. b) Following up on inquiries from new and existing customers via digital marketing methods (e.g. : Website, WhatsApp) and passing them on the Sales Department for negotiation and conversion into sales.
5. Support the planning and execution of content for WA broadcasts and the company website.
6. Creation of content for WA broadcasts the company website.
7. Update the website with relevant product image and information.
8. Monitor and review the performance, including KPIs of digital marketing, regularly and strive to achieve targets.
9. Consider next years marketing plan and costs together with top management.
10. Carry out tasks as instructed by superiors from time to time.
