Job Description

  1. Social Media Management
    • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all Encorp Berhad social media platforms.
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive online presence.
    • Track performance analytics and prepare monthly social media reports.
    • Propose creative ideas, digital campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  2. Content Creation
    • Develop creative visuals, graphics, infographics, and layouts for both digital and print materials.
    • Produce short videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media use.
    • Ensure all content aligns with Encorp Berhad’s brand and communication guidelines.
  3. Graphic Design
    • Design marketing and promotional materials (banners, posters, brochures, buntings, EDMs, etc.).
    • Support internal stakeholders with design materials for events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
    • Update and maintain brand assets such as templates, logos, and corporate identity guidelines.
  4. Coordination & Administration
    • Liaise with printers, vendors, and external agencies for production and design jobs.
    • Handle content approval processes and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Organise and maintain a digital asset library of photos, videos, and design files.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong portfolios and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of basic copywriting for captions and content.
  2. Soft Skills:
    • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
    • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
