About the role
Join True Eco Sdn Bhd, a leading player in the wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy industry, as an Application Engineer. In this full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our state-of-the-art wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop innovative wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy systems
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend the most suitable wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy solutions
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and system configurations to meet customer needs
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for our products and services
- Participate in the development of new products and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment, odour control, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Strong academic background, with at least an A grade in Additional Mathematics (SPM, UEC or STPM) and an A grade in Statistics (university subject or STPM). No specific requirements are imposed on language subject results.
- Strong technical expertise in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
